Home Health Care And Rehabilitation Patient Referrals

We start all new patients within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the referral. Newsome Home Health Care’s clinicians are available in ten counties 24 hours a day, seven days a week; which means we are able to admit patients evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physicians may refer patients to home care upon discharge from an acute or intermediate care facility. You may also refer a patient to home care in lieu of hospitalization.

Insurance And Medicare

Medicare, and most private insurance companies cover most, if not all, of home health services We will work closely with your patients’ insurance agency to identify their individual coverage.

We accept Medicare and most private insurances. Our staff will work closely with your patient’s insurance to identify their individual coverage.
